What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account

We also send an email confirmation once the order status is updated

As our products are currently not produced on site and are printed through a Print on demand service, we will not be able to offer exchanges. 

Please ensure you check the size guides and images of the products before ordering.

You can cancel your order or modify it if you have not received the email confirming the order has been dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 48hours being confirmed.

Orders

How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once your order has been placed you will see an order number and confirmation on your screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email. The email will include your order number, what you have ordered, the cost of the order and the payment method.

What if my order is damaged or faulty?

Take a photo as soon as you see any damage or fault and email us at team@deenmachine.co.uk

We will review the photos and let you know what the next steps are. If they are damaged and faulty we usually offer a refund or discount code of the same order amount for you to use on out store.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. The email will include a tracking number and link.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Check your account for the order status by logging in here.

If the order is showing as dispatched and it has been more than 15 days contact us on team@deenmachine.co.uk

If your order is showing as delivered and you have not received the items yet please contact us on team@deenmachine.co.uk

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use ShopPay, PayPal and Apple Pay

Credit and Debit cards will be accepted via Shopify payment gateway and PayPal

Which currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in your home currency. So if you are from the UK you will be charged in GBP. If you are in the US you will be charged in USD

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

Currently we do not offer split payments

Do you accept returns?

In some circumstances we can offer a refund or exchange if the product has a defect, quality issue or if a wrong item has been sent to you

Are returns free?

If you are eligible for a return, we will not charge you any return fee

How long does it take to process a return?

We aim to process any returns within 3-5 business days

How long do I have to return or refund my item

Customers have 7 days from delivery date to report any issue with the product(s) in order to be eligible for a refund/return under the circumstances applicable.

if the product has a defect, quality issue or if a wrong item has been you will be able to request a refund or exchange.

ACCOUNT

How do I set up my account?

You can create an account here

I’ve forgotten my password

Go to the Login page, click on recover password, enter your email address and press the reset button. You will then receive an email with the link that will allow you to create a new password

Do I need to create an account to purchase from the Deen Machine website?

You don’t need an account to purchase from our website. However, we do recommend creating one as it allows you to checkout more easily and review your orders

Do you offer a referral program?

Not at the moment, but if you are an influencer and would like to collaborate please reach put to us on team@deenmachine.co.uk

Can I find your products in any stores?

Unfortunaltey our products are not available in any stores and are only available to purchase online

CUSTOMISER

How do I use the customiser?

1. Click on the Products button and select a product you want to customise

2. Choose a color and click on the Select button and your chosen product will be shown soon the main page

3. Choose where to place the design (Front, Back, Right, Left)

4. Click on the Design Button and choose a design you would like to add to the product

5. Resize and move the image as required

6. Click ont he Add Text button to add any text to the product

7. Select the Text font, size, style, color and alignment as required

8. Select the choose size/quantity button and enter the required sizes and quantities. click on the add to basket when done

9. Your customised item will now show in your basket

10. Proceed to checkout once you are ready to finalize your purchase

Can I upload my own image?

No, unfortunately we don't have this option available on the customize tool.

You can customize any of the products using our designs.
